Our commitment
Ideas you share with Fusion29 Labs may be valuable, unpublished, or commercially sensitive. We treat them as confidential. We do not sell your information, and we never publish, showcase, or use your idea in marketing or our portfolio without your explicit written permission.
What we collect
- Idea Forge submissions: the description of your idea, your answers to follow-up questions, and the reports we generate.
- Contact details: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and company.
- Messages: anything you send through our contact or consultation forms.
- Basic visit information: the page you arrived on, the referring website, and campaign tags (such as
utm_source) so we know how people find us. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes, used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To generate your Idea Forge assessment and deliver it to you by email.
- To respond to your questions and consultation requests.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our free tools.
- To understand, in aggregate, which channels and features are useful so we can improve them.
Providing your email to receive a report is not consent to marketing. We only send marketing messages if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
AI processing
Idea Forge uses third-party artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic (Claude) to analyze submitted ideas and draft assessments. Your idea description and answers are sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. Assessments are preliminary and are reviewed against Fusion29's own pricing rules; they are not a substitute for professional engineering review.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate this website:
- Anthropic: AI analysis for Idea Forge.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: human verification to protect our forms from bots.
- Our hosting provider: application and database hosting.
- Our email delivery provider: sending verification codes, reports, and replies.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies: one to keep your Idea Forge session working, one to remember how you arrived at the site (for up to 30 days), and security cookies that protect forms. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies needed for human verification.
Report links
Your report is available through a private, unguessable link that expires automatically. Anyone who has the link can view the report, so please don't share it publicly. If a link is exposed, contact us and we will revoke it.
Retention and deletion
We keep Idea Forge submissions and contact messages for as long as they are useful for following up on your request or an ongoing business relationship. You can ask us to delete your data at any time:
- Use Request deletion at the bottom of your Idea Forge report, or
- Email hello@fusion29labs.com from the address you used.
Archiving an idea in Idea Forge does not delete it; deletion is a separate request. When we delete a submission, we permanently remove the idea, your answers, reports, and related notes. We may retain minimal records where required by law, and anonymized usage totals that cannot identify you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, report links are signed and expire, staff access requires authentication, and secrets are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@fusion29labs.com. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
